Pleasant Pheasant Pie

So, you have too many vermin living on your estate? Eating your food, sleeping in your barn? Are your neighbours talking? There’s only one thing to do. Kill them all. And eat them. No more will you be laughed at for putting up with these weak creatures if you viciously slaughter them and serve them at your next banquet. Heres our favorite method.

Mmmm pheasants

1. As with all dishes of this nature, baby pheasants work best. Take them while their parents aren’t looking. And by take them, we mean both take them physically away and…take…them.

2. Wash your hands. Always wash your hands before cooking.

3. Remove the meat from the bones, and put it in a big pot. Cook it with assorted greens until tender.

4. Put a pastry crust on top and cook until cooked.

5. Enjoy, and then get rid of the bodies. You’re the man of the house, remember?
